Occurred Feb 19, 2025 Keller Home Attendees President Deanne Kearney VP Brian Keller Secretary Adrienne Taylor Treasurer Tom Mast Topics of discussion: Casino Beach Status and Path Forward Watercress 199 Landscaping Supplier Goat Island Clean Up Alligator Sightings Logging App Next Neighborhood Meeting Casino Beach Deanne has been in communication with Scott Penn about the SOI. Very little has been learned, however these discussions lead to the SOI date being extended to September instead of only the 6 weeks it was originally given. Scott said Casino Beach received no project bond funding, or even visibility despite the many people who followed the directions to participate in the city bond funding input tool. It has not yet been explained why it received no attention. We are requesting a representative to attend our next neighborhood meeting to update us and answer questions.
