Float Day was Fun!

 



Several families and neighbors braved the pessimistic forecast Saturday morning to attend the neighborhood Float Day!  

The clouds kept the temperature mild as we tied up our boats and lounged on the lake.

What's Happening? We have a fun December neighborhood social planned! The Lake Worth Sailing Club and Scenic Shores Neighborhood Association are excited to partner together in the sail club's annual lighted boat parade!  Our night will consist of two social locations and two decorating competitions.  Participate in it all! Float Day!

  Join the Scenic Shores Neighborhood Association for a Float Day on Lake Worth.  Everyone is welcome! Date: July 12 (Aug 9 will be the rainout date)  Time: 9am - 12pm (photo taken at 11:00am)  Location: Northeast side of Goat Island Join us by powered boat, sailboat, wake board, jet ski, paddle board, kayak or any other method to get there. Enjoy a morning float and meet other lake residents and their friends and families. Bring your own drinks and food and make sure to take your trash home. Best float will get bragging rights!
